Josie the Outlaw Video: Questions & A Message for Police

In the video above, Josie the Outlaw from FreedomPeaceProsperity.com has some very important questions for law enforcement officers. Of course the questions are rhetorical, as they beg for critical thought rather than direct answers. Josie goes on to explain why her questions are relevant and why it is becoming more important than ever for LEO’s to ask themselves these questions.

I'm not sayin' , I'm jussayin'.I'm not sayin' , I'm jussayin'.I'm not sayin' , I'm jussayin'.

I’m not sayin’ , I’m jussayin’.

Is there anything the politicians could enact into law that you wouldn’t enforce?

Is there any order you would refuse to carry out or would you do absolutely anything your bosses tell you to?

Is there any point at which you will draw a line and say, ‘No, that will not do.’?

Do you have enough of a spine to draw that line?

What sort of questions do you have for LEO’s, both direct and rhetorical, that you think it is important to ask? Post those questions in the Copblock.org comments section below and if I receive enough good questions I will post them in another article. Or go the next step and make your own video asking LEO’s questions and email them to me at joshua[at]copblock[dot]org

KPIX TV Meteorologist Invites Email Feedback on Chemtrails

Should I Be Concerned About Those Trails Planes Leave In The Sky?
March 31, 2015

KPIX CBS TV Roberta Gonzalez Answers ChemtrailsRoberta Gonzales – Roberta’s Blog (KPIX)
Email Roberta Gonzales (Gonzales@KPIX.CBS.COM)

Twitter:  @RobertaKPIX

KPIX 5 Morning Weather Anchor Roberta Gonzales answers the questions you never get to ask on-air.

Q: We are residents of the East Bay and often see planes leaving white patterns which are either harmless contrails or chemtrails intended to somehow impact the environment, perhaps for weather or agricultural purposes. Do you know what these are and how they affect the lives of those living beneath these plumes? – Thank you, David Grant

A: Wow. This is a tough one. For years, this has been one of the most controversial questions I am asked. And while I will pass along what I have learned, I’m sure there we be those who disagree…but that’s what I hope for when writing my blog. The opportunity for those to present a solid question or opinion, or perhaps walk away with a new view.

Let’s begin with what a “contrail” is. When a jet engine is blows out hot, humid air into an atmosphere that is cold and has low vapor pressure, condensation forms. The water vapor coming out of the engine quickly condenses into water droplets and then crystallizes into ice. The ice crystals are the clouds that form behind the engine. This is why the streaks are called contrails, short for “condensation trails.”

For years, many people have come to the conclusion and theorized these contrails are actually “chemtrails.” What is in question is whether the contrails consist of just ice crystals and water vapor but other byproducts of engine exhaust as well.

It is believed (by chemtrail theorists) these contrails also include carbon dioxide, nitrogen oxides, sulfate particles and soot which can have negative environmental effects on earth as well as physical effects on humans and animals or to partake in other “geoengineering” activities.

As more and more flights take to the sky, there will be more opportunities for contrails to form. And with more contrails, I imagine there will be chemtrail theories, controversy and conversation!

I would love to hear from you! Please send weather questions, observations and photos to me, Gonzales@kpix.cbs.com and I look forward to hearing from you!

Overstock Invests $5 Million in Peernova in First Bitcoin Investment

US retail giant Overstock has invested in blockchain technology specialist Peernova as part of its second tranche of Series A financing.

Formed through a merger between cloud mining contract provider CloudHashing and ASIC hardware designer HighBitcoin in early 2014, Peernova raised $8.6m in funding last December as it sought to accelerate its shift away from mining.

In statements, general manager of Overstock’s Cryptocurrencies Group Judd Bagley framed Overstock‘s first investment in a bitcoin industry firm as a vote of confidence in the decentralized ledger-based technologies Peernova is currently building.

Bagley told CoinDesk:

“PeerNova is precisely the kind of company we’re eager to back up. Their team is brilliant and agile and the products they have in the works are going to change the way business is done forever. They get the transformative nature of the blockchain.”

Overstock invested $5m in the firm, a decision approved by its board of directors and that will be announced it in its next quarterly report to stockholders.

Czech Police Seize $345,000 Property Linked to Bitcoin Hack

The house, reportedly worth around $345,000, was bought in a series of transactions by Tomáš Ji?ikovský and his partner Eva Bartošová. The property was originally registered under Ji?ikovský’s grandfather, Jan Goliath.

Sheep Marketplace shut down in December 2013, following claims hackers had absconded with approximately $5.3m in bitcoin. Users who tracked the stolen funds on the blockchain voiced suspicions that the theft was an inside job. A site named Sheep Market Scam alleging that a further 40,000 BTC was moved to an address previously associated with the site.

According to reports, The Ministry of Finance’s Financial Analytical Unit (FAU) flagged a payment of approximately $35,000 from bitcoin exchange Bitstamp to Bartošová, who was unable to account for the origin of the funds. Further payments to a lawyer and a realtor were also reportedly tracked.

A Cure for Metals Investor Malaise

Markets fluctuate. Sectors cycle. Investors love and hate these facts, but we all know that if it were not so, it would be impossible to buy low and sell high.

The problem, of course, is that no one can time the market consistently. That makes it hard to know when low is low enough to make buying a likely one-way street and when it’s high enough to make selling a stroke of genius.

But this is a good thing: if it were easy, anyone could do it, everyone would try, and there’d be no profit in it. It is the very fact that it’s hard—that it takes true contrarian guts to bet against the herd and buy low, and buck the trend and sell high—that makes extraordinary profits in rational speculation possible.

Still, hard is hard, and many would-be speculators end up buying high, when “everyone” says a market sector will keep rising, and selling low, when “everyone” hates the sector precisely because it has become objectively undervalued.

And therein lies the key for maintaining one’s contrarian courage: price and value are not the same thing. When price is objectively less than value, it’s a fair bet that wherever the bottom is (just ahead or just behind), it’s close enough to count as time to buy low. When price is objectively greater than value, it’s a fair bet that wherever the top is, money in the bank today is better than evaporated, unrealized profits tomorrow.

The good news is that there’s a limit to the downside—dropping to effectively zero is gut-wrenching, but that’s the limit—while there is literally no limit to the upside. So, if one takes profits along the way, one can come out ahead, even without any stroke of genius at timing market tops.

These are the facts and logic that drive resource speculators to do what they do, to the bemusement of mainstream investors. But facts and logic are rarely as persuasive as they should be, so we thought we’d share this new video from CEO.ca, which illustrates all of the above perfectly.

This is the story of a man who turned a $20,000 speculation on junior resource stocks, some of which did drop to what he deemed to be effectively zero, into $15 million. Note that he doesn’t speak of taking profits, but one look at the car he’s driving shows that he did. This drives home the point of this article, because he admits that he completely failed to time the market, multiple times—and yet he came out ahead.

Simple words, important lessons, highly recommended. This video just might be the cure for the Bottom Time Blues.

Sometimes “investing mistakes” can turn out to be blessings in disguise. Watch these eight investment pros discuss how they invested in stocks that then plummeted up to 90%… and recovered to deliver mega-jackpots. Click here for the video.

Silk Road Agent Gave Bitcoin Tax Advice Prior to Arrest

“I’m a proponent of bitcoin and hope it does succeed and take over the monetary system of the world.”

Months after the closure of the infamous online black market Silk Road and the arrest of Ross Ulbricht, it seems bitcoin still held the attention of former Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) special agent Carl Mark Force IV.

Overnight, Force has become a sensation in the bitcoin world for his alleged improprieties while serving with the US federal agency. Along with Shaun Bridges, a former US Secret Service agent, Force has been charged with money laundering and fraud, while separately being slapped with allegations that he stole government property while undercover.

In court documents unsealed yesterday, the duo are said to have misused hundreds of thousands of dollars in funds as part of the Baltimore-based investigation to apprehend Dread Pirate Roberts (DPR), the leader of Silk Road later determined to be Ulbricht.
